We Started Al Marwah Because We've Been the Family Waiting at the Airport
Years ago, we sent our own parents for Umrah through an agency that promised everything and delivered very little — distant hotels, no on-ground help, calls that went unanswered. We watched our family come back exhausted instead of uplifted.
