1. Services

Al Marwah Tours & Travels provides Umrah travel packages including hotel accommodations, transport, visa processing assistance, and guided services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as communicated by our team. Prices are subject to change based on hotel rates, airline fares, and currency fluctuations until booking is confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation policies vary by package and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 business days. Non-refundable components (visa fees, airline penalties) will be deducted.

4. Travel Documents

Pilgrims are responsible for ensuring valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and providing accurate information for visa processing. Al Marwah is not responsible for visa rejections due to inaccurate or incomplete documentation.

5. Liability

Al Marwah acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service changes by third-party providers due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
