Are flights included in the package?
Flight inclusions depend on the package. We offer both with-flight and without-flight options from Lucknow, Delhi, Mumbai, and other Indian cities. Specify your departure city when submitting your inquiry for a customized quote with accurate pricing.
What is the cost of an Umrah package from India?
Packages start at ₹95,000 per person (budget, 3-star, 15–16 nights). Family packages start at ₹1,30,000 per person (4-star suites, 10–14 nights). Luxury 5-star packages start at ₹1,35,000 per person, featuring Clock Tower or Kaaba view hotels in Makkah.
What meals are provided during the trip?
Meal plans vary by package. Budget packages typically include breakfast and dinner. Luxury and family packages offer full-board options. All meal plans can be customized during the booking process.
Can I customize my hotel and itinerary?
Absolutely. Every package is fully customizable. Choose your hotel from options including Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower, Raffles Makkah Palace, Conrad Makkah, Swissôtel Al Maqam, Pullman ZamZam, and more. Duration, transport, meals, and Ziyarat visits can all be tailored to your preferences.
Is it safe for solo female travelers?
Yes. We arrange group travel options where solo female pilgrims join a trusted group with a dedicated female guide. All accommodation and transport arrangements are made with safety and comfort as the priority.
Do I need to pay the full amount at once?
No. We offer flexible payment plans. A booking deposit secures your package and the balance can be paid in installments before your departure. Contact us to discuss a payment schedule that works for you.
How do I know my booking is secure?
Al Marwah Tours and Travels has 10+ years of experience and has served 1000+ pilgrims. We provide written booking confirmations, hotel vouchers, and visa documentation. Our physical offices in Lucknow (Indira Nagar and Shahganj) are open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM IST.
What documents are required for an Umrah visa from India?
Indian pilgrims need a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), recent passport-size photographs with white background, completed Umrah visa application form, confirmed hotel booking in Makkah and Madinah, confirmed return flight ticket, and proof of relationship for family groups. Al Marwah assists with all documentation as part of the package.
How long does Umrah take?
A standard Umrah trip from India takes 10 to 16 nights. Budget packages are typically 15 to 16 nights. Luxury packages are 10 to 14 nights with premium hotels. The Umrah rituals themselves (Tawaf, Sa'i, Halq or Taqsir) can be completed in one day, but most pilgrims spend additional time for prayers, Ziyarat visits, and spiritual reflection.
What is the best time to perform Umrah from India?
Umrah can be performed throughout the year. The most popular months for Indian pilgrims are October to February (cooler weather). Ramadan is the most spiritually rewarding time but also the most crowded and expensive. Al Marwah offers packages for all months and can advise on the best timing for your budget and spiritual goals.
